The next RCAAN meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the Break Free Outreach Ministries facility, 766 Angus Street.  Please use the south-facing doors into the Drop-In Centre. 

This month our speaker will be Julia Ellergodt, Interim Director of Defend Dignity.  This organization was founded in Regina in 2010 and has been successfully working to help end sexual exploitation in all its forms.

Sexual exploitation includes commercial sex buying through prostitution, strip clubs, escorts, body rub parlours, and pornography websites. It is also the foundation of online harms like sexploitation, AI deepfakes, and luring/grooming for sex trafficking.

Sexual exploitation undermines the inherent dignity of women, men, and children and is detrimental to a healthy society.  Defend Dignity aims to be a catalyst to help Canadians become informed and involved in the work of ending sexual exploitation. They do this through their Awareness, Aid, and Advocacy efforts.
